  • Liaise with internal and external customers/forwarders on orders processing
  • Ensure accuracy and follow-up on customers' orders
  • Handle, verify invoices and updating of information into systems
  • Handle documentation such as insurance data updates, invoices, outstanding order lists
  • Handle claims processing for discrepancy orders
  • Minimum GCE ‘O' Level
  • Minimum 1 year experience in clerical admin work
  • Import/Export knowledge preferred
  • Must be meticulous and good in MS Office
