  • Pre and post sales display product support
  • Handle product quality issues and providing solutions to repairers/technicians.
  • Responsible to provide technical support content plus e-training modules to service touchpoints as well as support End User by supplying content through designated support site.
  • Degree/ Diploma in Electronics/ Computer Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in regional after-sales service support preferably in Display Product or Consumer electronics industry.
  • Good background on service of latest LCD TV Display product development, good knowledge of software and Internet Protocol related product
  • Regional experience will have advantage
