Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and develop cost estimates and budgets for projects
Monitor and control project costs
Gather accurate data for cost planning and tracking
Prepare cost reports and updates
Review and analyse contract terms
Track and report change orders and variations
Valuation of variation orders
Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, the company’s policies and external regulations
Liaise with the procurement team to evaluate suppliers

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
